  • Sold Out Items
    Some items are gone for good once they sell out. If you just have to have a sold out item CONTACT us and we'll let you know if/when it can be restocked.
  • Colors May Vary
    Colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings, yarn dye lots, etc.
  • Washing Instructions
    You can find detailed Care instructions under each item Description.
  • Apparel Sizing
    A Size Guide is shown under each apparel item's Description. Sizes are based on a unisex fit and may be different than your usual size. To ensure a proper fit, refer to the Size Guide measurements for each item.


  • Out of Stock
    If you get a cart glitch when you try to add more than one of the same handmade item to your cart, there is only one in stock. CONTACT us if you want more than one and we'll let you know if/when more will be available.
  • What Are My Payment Options?
    Securely Pay with the following options at checkout.
    Apple Pay, PayPal, ShopifyPay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard & Visa.
  • What If I Need To Cancel An Order?
    CONTACT us right away if you would like to cancel an order. Please note, if your order has already started processing, then it can not be canceled.
  • Why Did You Cancel My Order?
    Orders may be canceled if an item is suddenly out of stock or the transaction did not pass our fraud detection. Please CONTACT us if you experience an issue with your order.

  • How Much Is Shipping?
    Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. You can view the complete shipping amount at checkout, before you submit your order.
  • Has My Order Shipped Yet? 
    You will receive an email verification once your order has shipped. You can also login to your SHOP ACCOUNT to check the status of your order.
  • Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?
    After your order is placed, it goes through processing which includes payment verification, item creation, quality control and packaging. You can find the current estimated processing times on the Shipping & Returns page.
  • How Long Does Shipping Take?
    Shipping times vary by items ordered and destination. View the current estimated shipping times on the Shipping & Returns page.
  • Separate Shipments
    If you order several different items you may receive separate shipments, as some items ship from different locations or require different packaging.


  • Gift Cards
    Gift Cards are not currently available.

    Returns and exchanges are only available if an item arrives damaged or defective.
